Overview: ========= Counter-Strike: Source (also known as CS or simply CS:S) is a multiplayer, team-based tactical first-person shooter video game, developed by Valve and Turtle Rock Studios. It is a remake of Counter-Strike, the 1999 modification of Half-Life. Built on the Source engine, the game was released in 2004 along with Half-Life 2. Restart computer --> full off antivirus --> run updater --> run game with administrator privileges.

Unfortunately the game plays only with full of antivirus :-(

the problem isn't if i trust or not...........
just....... pc is unprotected when i play the game
because of closed antivirus.

Okay, thx bruss, no it works. But one big problem I have! The skins! I put all /materials/models/weapons (and /models/weapons and so on for the skins) in the custom Bruss.Ru folder ... but If I join a server, it loads and loads... but it´s not starting? Why!? And I have also skins for particles and so on, and I also put this folders in /custom/Brussorg.ru

Not all server permit using custom skins and other non standard content.
First, you must enter sv_pure -1 in console.
Second, connect to server who have sv_pure -1 or allow your content.

I recently downloaded this and worked fine, but i get purple and black checkers.How can i fix this?
I get a problem where i click the shortcut to start game, it says it may have been changed or removed,therefore short cut no longer works?help?
